Established in 1986, Guardian is a bonded Escrow Agent, licensed by the State of Oregon to perform escrow services. We take pride in providing efficient solutions for your escrow needs.
What is Escrow?: Escrow is a legal arrangement whereby a neutral third party is brought into a transaction to help the principals perform as agreed. The transaction is completed with minimum risk because responsibility for handling the funds and or document is placed with a reliable party unaffected by the outcome and whose legal obligation is to safe guard the interests of both parties.

Construction and Remodeling Escrow

Client deposits funds needed for new construction/remodeling project and drawn upon both parties requests. Funds held in interest-bearing accounts, keeps accounting of requests and payments.
